About this policy
This policy explains how Asterline Digital handles information connected with this website and enquiries. It is separate from any information-handling arrangements agreed for a client engagement.
Information you choose to share
The website has no enquiry form or checkout. Email and phone links open your own email or calling app. If you contact us, we receive the information you send or tell us, such as your name, contact details, business context and enquiry. Please share only what is needed for an initial discussion; do not send passwords or sensitive client records.
Website hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Cloudflare may record technical and security information to operate and protect its services. Asterline has not added analytics, advertising pixels or visitor-tracking tools, and the website application does not store enquiries or preferences in your browser.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your request and discuss potential work. Relevant correspondence may also be kept to administer an agreed engagement, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. The interactive examples use fictional data and do not upload your information.
Service providers and disclosure
Email sent to our Gmail address is handled by Google. Cloudflare processes website requests. These providers may process information outside Australia through their international infrastructure. Their handling is also subject to their own privacy terms. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be disclosed where needed to provide the requested service, with your permission, or where required by law.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as needed for its purpose and relevant legal or recordkeeping obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Provider retention and security arrangements also apply to information they handle. No online service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
To ask about information held about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected] or call +61 405 091 041. Please describe your request so we can understand and respond; we may need to confirm your identity before providing personal information.
You can also find information about Australian privacy rights and complaint options through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Available statutory rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Updates
We will update this page if website features or relevant information handling change. The date above identifies the current version.
